How we disclose personal information
We disclose personal information only as described below:
- Shopify and service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, IT and hosting, customer support, email delivery, analytics and data storage.
- Fulfillment and shipping partners who pack and deliver your order. They receive only what they need to do so: your name, shipping address, phone number and order contents.
- Marketing and advertising partners (for example, Meta, Google and TikTok) to show you personalized ads. In the UK and EU, we do this only with your consent. Under some U.S. state laws, this may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, and you can opt out at any time.
- When you direct us to, such as when you choose to share content on social media.
- For legal reasons: to comply with law, respond to subpoenas or court orders, or protect our rights or the safety of others.
- In a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information for money.
Shopify
Shopify may collect information about your use of our store and its own services. Information you submit to us may be shared with Shopify, and Shopify may use it to improve its services and for the purposes described in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.
International data transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers operate in several countries. If you are in the UK or EU, your personal data will be transferred to the United States and other countries that may not offer the same level of protection as your home country. When we transfer your data, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where our provider is certified.
Cookies and tracking technologies
We use essential cookies to run the Site and remember your cart. With your consent, where required, we also use analytics and advertising cookies. Visitors in the UK and EU see a cookie banner and can accept, reject or customize non-essential cookies, and change their choice at any time through the “Cookie preferences” or “Your Privacy Choices” link on our Site. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising, where required by law. We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
Email and text messages
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. If you agree to receive marketing text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. We will still send transactional messages about your orders.

We keep other data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy.
